Speak with energy

Decide which words or sections deserve extra attention and change your tone to emphasize these points. e.g.: - She did all of the experiments. Avoid a monotone voice, which makes everything equally interesting (i.e. boring). Varying your tone conveys meaning and adds emphasis to key points: - Surprising versus expected results - Confusion versus confirmation
