While not strictly about body language, you should familiarize yourself with the technical aspects of your presentation before the session starts. This will enhance your confidence when it is your turn to present. If you are already nervous, standing in front of an impatient audience with a broken computer will not help much!
- Learn how to change slides, use the laser pointer, turn on the microphone.
- If something goes wrong, simply relax and wait for technical support. Sometimes the laser pointer can be a giveaway of how nervous you are, so be cautious to not wave it around erratically or shake while focusing on a specific piece of information.
